Prof. Jameson, who served as chair of the Chemistry Department from 2006-2011, assumes this role again for the next two years. He replaces Prof. Funk who served as chair from 2017-2023 and is now taking a well-deserved sabbatical.
In addition to his other accomplishments, Prof. Jameson is justifiably proud of winning the Genghis Khan Award in the 2022 History Department Trivia Contest.
In summer 2023, Prof. Jameson, with Meem Noshin Nawal Khan (’24 Chem), participated in The Cross-Disciplinary Science Institute at Gettysburg College (X-SIG), conducting research on cobalt complexes of camphorquinone dioxime.
